Sometimes, the GHUB software feels like it's messed with Windows mouse settings while it's open, and during that split second, mouse sensitivity is returned to Windows default before GHUB can recognize it, making sensitivity ridiculously high. It’s a heavy mouse and I found the shape to be too awkward for my liking. Most of the time, this isn't a huge issue as it doesn't affect the mouse for very long, but the issue varies in severity every time it happens. The problem is that there's a seemingly variable (usually it's about 1 second, but recently it's been significantly longer) amount of time between when the mouse becomes responsive again (usually instantly) and when the Logitech GHUB software "catches" that the mouse has woken up and restores it's settings. I say sporadic because it seems to be effectively random when it occurs, I had a section of about 4 months where it didn't happen even once and then suddenly it came back last week.īasically, the G604 has an auto "half-sleep" mode thing where it sort of semi turns off after a while to preserve battery life and wakes up again the instant it's moved. If you care about infinite scroll, Logitech gaming mice (specifically the G502 (and its variants) and G604) are AFAIK the only gaming-quality sensor mice that have it. Checking batt level is also easier, and accurate in LGS for the GPW vs GHub. The G502 is using LGS while G604 only supports GHub, configuring macros is easier in LGS.
